Business Meetings
Hope Chapel holds regular business meetings to discuss and vote on issues that directly impact our church. The meetings are open to all attendees of Hope Chapel but voting is restricted to Hope's memebers.
Annual Meeting Schedule
In an effort for the congregation to be as informed as possible and to have adequate time to prayerfully discern God's will for Hope Chapel, the Elders have adopted the following schedule for presenting their annual report and adopting the 2007/2008 budget.
June 17, 2007 10:30 AM
A Question and Answer session will be held with the Deacons during the 10:30 am Sunday School time slot in the Omega room. The session will cover the 2007-2008 budget.
June 24, 2007 - 6:00 PM
The Annual Meeting will be held in which any and all actions that need to take place on the budget, staffing recommendations, leadership nominations, etc. will be voted on. The intent is to do so with less discussion due to the additional information sessions.

On June 10th, a "Town Hall Meeting" was held in which the Elders and Deacons presented in detail their reports on Ministry Strategy, Strategic Staffing and Budget Recommendations for the next fiscal year. The four presentations given during the meeting are listed below:
